Although Steve Fisher is best known for his skills in the halfpipe, this well-rounded rider is much more than a pipe jock. Steve, a.k.a "The Fish", began riding at Buck Hill in his hometown of St. Louis Park, Minnesota. He entered local competitions at the age of 8 and a year later qualified for USASA Nationals. Fisher went pro in 2002 and has since snagged 4 World Cup titles, 2 Vans Triple Crown wins, 3 Grand Prix victories, and 2 X Games gold medals. Now 27, "The Fish" is considered by USSA ranking to be the #1 halfpipe rider in the U.S.
Since emerging onto the scene at the age of 12, JJ Thomas has gained recognition as a proficient boarder both on the slopes and in the half pipe. With an Olympic bronze medal and X Games gold under his belt, JJ is best known for juggling this rigorous contest regime with a steady involvement in powder films. He has appeared in Travis Rice’s Community Project, Mongo Pro’s The Constant Struggle and Who Cares, and Standard Films’ Aesthetica, just to name a few. Born in Golden, Colorado, JJ continues to shred his native mountains in between trips to Utah, Wyoming, California, Mt. Hood, and the south pacific.
