Craig is the Vice President of the Innovation Team at Athletes' Performance in Phoenix, Arizona. He designs and implements performance training systems for professional athletes in all sports as well as elite youth and college athletes. He also continues to specialize in MLB spring training preparation and served as a Performance Specialist for the German National Soccer Team during their run to a 3rd place finish at the 2006 World Cup in Germany.
Eric is is the author of five books including The Portable Personal Trainer (Random House) and Triathlon Training in Four Hours a Week (Rodale). He is a professional triathlete (ranked #6 in the world his first year) and trained for the 2011 Ironman World Championship to raise funds for CARE as part of his “I Am Powerful” Workout campaign.
