Jay Miron Bio

Jay "The Canadian Beast" Miron has spent over 20 years as a BMX rider starting in 1982 when he was just 11. Jay went straight from high school graduation to his first summer BMX tour. That was the beginning of a radical journey from BMX grom to high profile rider to international businessman. Along the way, he invented over 30 killer tricks in vert and park including the double backflip.

If you're doing it now, there's a good chance Jay did it then. Jay first invaded the X Games in 1995 and has got a stash of medals to show for his efforts. Then, in 2000, frustrated by the fact that riders didn't have enough input into the design of their bikes, Jay took matters into his own hands and started his own company - MacNeil Bikes. To this day, MacNeil remains committed to cranking out the highest quality products around.
